DECLARATION OF INFORMED CONSENT FOR THE TRANSFER AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

The company GOTMINK UNIPESSOAL LDA, is responsible for collecting, processing and using personal data in the context of its activity of providing services in the areas of telecommunications, electricity and natural gas, Culture, Entertainment and Leisure, Health, Wellness and Food, Science, Technology and Telecommunications, Banking, Finance and Insurance, Education, Training and Employment, Real Estate, Tourism and Travel, Non-Profit Entities, retail trade in which the consumer can order by mail, telephone, television or other media, goods or services disclosed through catalogues, magazines, newspapers, auctions and via Internet.

GOTMINK UNIPESSOAL LDA hereby informs that the personal data it collects, processes and uses are processed under the General Regulation on Data Protection and other applicable legislation, providing the holder of data, information on the following issues

1. Data collected, processed and its purpose.

The contact data collected by GOTMINK UNIPESSOAL LDA, including full name, email address and phone number, by completing the form sent via the Internet, are intended for the presentation and dissemination of promotions for electricity and natural gas, retail trade in which the consumer can order by mail, telephone, television or other media, goods or services disclosed through catalogues, magazines, newspapers, auctions and via internet.

The data collection is based on the voluntary decision of the data subject to be contacted by GOTMINK UNIPESSOAL LDA.

The contacts made by GOTMINK UNIPESSOAL LDA may be made via SMS, email or by telephone contact.

3. Responsibility for the treatment of personal data.

GOTMINK UNIPESSOAL LDA, collective entity no. 513 473 750, with headquarters at Estrada da Luz, n.º 90 – Loja D, 1600-160 Lisboa, is the responsible for the personal data treatment.

The access and management of personal data collected may be made by the managing partner of GOTMINK UNIPESSOAL LDA and its employees. The authorizations for access to personal data granted by their holders are recorded and controlled through the creation of access profiles to the computer system.

GOTMINK UNIPESSOAL LDA is the recipient of the collected data and may also have access to your personal data to service providers that Gotmink hires or may hire as subcontractors. Entities to whom the data may be disclosed at the request or with the prior consent of the data subject may also be recipients.
