Last Wednesday, September 29th, the Winners of the International Week of Contact Centers, edition 2021, were known. The event took place in a pleasant space by the sea at Baía dos Golfinhos, Oeiras, organised by APCC – Associação Portuguesa de Contact Centers, with the support of the sponsors Talkdesk and Happy Work.
With the awarding of prizes and the highlight given to the performance of all those involved, the objective was achieved. This event brought together various employees from different companies, regardless of their function and hierarchy, in a relaxed atmosphere, in which it was possible to promote networking, team spirit and an exchange of enriching experiences.
Present at this event, representing GOTMINK, were our CEO Nuno Miranda, our Lisbon Call Center Coordinator Carla Sofia Loureiro and Supervisor Douglas Sales.
